2 years Old But you're still My baby

11:53AM January 11, 2009, weighing in at 7lbs 15.5 oz and 21 inches long, Jayden Joshua was born.

I still can't believe that your 2nd year has come and you will now begin your 3rd year of life, and just as quickly it will have passed us by. When I see you, I still see my baby. In my eyes you are not one day older, just a hell of a lot more active, more social, more independent, and definitely more aggressive.

This past year you have mastered Climbing, Jumping, fighting, crying ( to get your way), sharing, and many other things. It takes me a while to realize that the clothes you are wearing has gotten too small. It isn't until I buy the next size up that I realize wow this fits you great, leaving me with the thought in my mind that wow when did he out grow his other clothes.

Happy 2nd Birthday Little Man!
Daddy and I wish you all the best, and nothing less than that.

More Mommy and Me time!

Daddy Has started a new job, which leaves us home for most of the day to deal with eachother. With similar personalities, our days get very frustrating. You continue to work on testing my patience, and I am getting better at controlling my temper. Yelling and raising my voice has become a thing of the past, we are not at letting you work it out by yourself. Instead of trying to get you to stop crying, Mommy simply lets you finish on your own time while learning not to get too frustrated at the fact that you aren'y really crying but infact trying to get your way! I wish it weren't so cold out, we could be having lots of fun outside.  Our time together is only going to increase. and you are Quickly learnng you can't mess with mommy, I love you Baby boy. We have some amazing days together. You make mommy laugh with all the silly things you do, and all the silly things we do together!

Where Does the Time Go?

23 Months old today, to think that it has been nearly 2 years since I dressed you in your little teddy jammies and brought you home from Portsmouth Naval Hospital; in your winnie the pooh carseat. 2 years seems like a life time, but to me it just seems like I blinked and poof here you are 2 years later.
All those nights hoping you wouldn't wake up, falling asleep in your bedroom by your cribside, as I fed you your milk, it all seems like just yesterday. Now you walk in and out my room, climb in and out of my bed and your bed. Where has all this time gone? Your 2nd Christmas is just around the corner! All you seem to want is Toy Story ANYTHING!
Mommy will Oblige and get you all things Toy Story! A bed set, the movie collection, another buzz, Woody, Jessie, the whole collection, thast why mommy is working to give you the world and more! I love you baby and Today is just another daily reminder of how quickly time goes by. Lets get some more words in there. I'm glad you are switching from English to spanish but Mommy wants more words!

A Trip down memory lane

Happy Thanksgiving 2010

Too Much doesnt fit in one shot and the salads and bread were on the main table

 Gobble Gobble

Thanksgiving 2010, was a little smaller than it has been in the past years. All of us are getting older, starting our own families, and starting our own traditions. We continued with the family tradition of having dinner at the family restaurant, as we do every year after the restaurant is closed. Dinner started at about 9:30 PM, yes that late. Dinner consisted of 2 Turkeys, a chicken, my grandmas stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice, 2 different kinds of mac & cheese, some more bread stuffing, bread, a house salad, a russian salad, some cranberry sauce, and of course chocolate chip, and sugar cookies.

After we said grace ( it was my dads turn this year) we all lined up waiting to be served. My mom and I served every one before we ourselves grabbed a plate to eat. As usual, my dad had brought a bag of gifts and prizes to raffle off and that went on for over an hour. People were getting mad at my baby boy whose number kept getting called and he kept winning things lol. he won about 6 times I won 2 times and the Mr. won 1 time. That would have been a great night to play the lottery, he was one lucky boy that night lol. We ended our night at around 11:30 PM, when we rushed out and headed towards walmart for the 12:01AM sales. I was determined to but Toy Story 3 ( TS3) for 10 bucks. It would normally run about $20-$24, but a deals a deal and thats $10-$14 bucks I was going to save.
